Dear Family and Friends,
This past week has been pretty crazy. First, I can't believe how fast it is all going by here in Japan. I'm already about half way through my second transfer. whew! Anyways, This week was ridden with bike problems. Elder McCall's bike got partially run over by a car a few transfers ago and it is really starting to give him trouble. We probably spent a total of a day and a half dealing with it. But, it seems fixed for now. But the week went well though. We have a few new potential investigators. One of them we found on Saturday and he is named Pake. He is an American in the Navy. We met him in the strip mall in the craziest way and had a totally awesome conversation about the BoM and Mormons he has met before. He is a southern guy from Mississippi. It is way cool. So we exchanged numbers and he wants to come to church and meet with us again. He said he is looking for a new Christian religion. It is really exciting. So even though recently, we lost a few investigators, the Lord is providing a way for us to do what we have been called to do. Today, I want to really testify of the reality of the guidance of the Spirit. So many little things happen to us everyday, and sometimes if any of those little things didn't happen, we wouldn't meet the people I know the Lord wants us to meet. That truly happened to us Saturday. Every random event was neccesary for us to meet Pake. I know that the Lord puts people ready to hear the gospel in our paths. Not just missionaries paths, all of your paths. He is putting people in your everyday paths so that you can help spread His gospel to them. Be on the lookout for those people. I promise they are there or will be there soon. I love you all so much. I know this church is true with all my heart. I know that Jesus Christ is my savior and he is leading this work I am out here doing. And I am so grateful for his leadership. Everyone be safe and happy!
