Hey Friends and Family!

This was sure a pretty crazy week. I hope everyone is doing great back home. This week we had quite a few way cool miracles. On Wednesday, our recent friend from Myanmar, Minthu, came to English class. He loved it and we had a lesson with him and everything. I really think he will accept the gospel. He is a very genuine person. At the same time I was teaching him, my companion was teaching another lesson to a different english class student. They both became new investigators. And my favorite part is that they truly have a desire to learn about Jesus Christ. That desire makes me so happy. If they learn about Christ, it will lead them to a desire to follow Him. And that is what He has commanded us to do. Jesus Christ is everything. Our example, brother, friend, captain, and salvation. He just asks us to come unto Him and that is all we are out here doing as missionaries. Helping others come unto Christ. Also, yesterday, a man named Oba came to church after a long time of not hearing the gospel. We had a lesson with him and found out that he has a desire to follow Jesus Christ and be baptized. He said there are a lot of things that he needs to understand and talk to his family about first, but he does have that desire. I know that desire is the start. If we have that desire and act on it, Heavenly Father will make it possible. We are excited to teach all 3 of those great men. Also, this week, my companion and I went to Fukuoka for 3 days for some leadership training. Missionaries all around the world are learning the things we just learned. It is so great. The goal is to take the focus from us and put the focus on the investigators. It is truly amazing. We think about them more, we plan more, we practice their lessons more, It is all about them. It is the way I believe I will be able to give myself more fully to this work. I love being able to receive revelation. God has given us the tools to receive revelation. The scriptures, words of the Prophets, prayer, and the Holy Ghost. These will produce miracles in our everyday life when we show our faith. This week the Lord touched our lives here in Nagasaki with no help on our part. I got a call a few days ago from a man named Maruyama san. He called and said, `I believe in Jesus Christ and want to follow him. Will you teach me more about Him? ` It was so awesome. I couldn`t even believe it. This is the Lord`s work and it will keep rolling. I love Jesus Christ and I love you all. Stay safe and happy over this week! Keep sharing the things that make you happy. I know it will work for others as well! Love you all!
