This week was a crazy awesome week. It all started with a companion exchange with the Zone leaders. That day we found 3 new potential investigators and 2 new investigators. Also, on Friday I played guitar with a guy named Hiroki that is so hilarious. He can speak decent English that he learned from movies and music. So his accent is so hilarious. After we played some music, we talked about God and he is super interested and said he loves learning about God. We have another appointment with him tomorrow. Also, the boy we met the other week in the McDonalds, Shinya, came to church and brought a friend. We are going to teach them both. And we are meeting another one of his friends today. This is the most new people to teach I have ever had in my mission. It has been a busy and crazy week. Also, this week we challenged Teramotosan to stop smoking. Our method is that for every cigarette he smokes, we will do 30 pushups. It is a very similar principle to the atonement. Once we recognize the suffering Christ went through for us, we recognize that all the sins we commit will make Him suffer. That all encompassing atonement He made for us can give us the motivation to permanently change our actions. Oh and Teramotosan hasn't smoked for the last 3 days. Really everything is going right this week. Elder Toomey and I are really recognizing that this is the Lord's work. For example, we have been working the last 9 weeks with very little success. Then, the Lord comes in and showed us all of these miracles. I know for a fact that this work cannot be done with my hands alone. When the Lord touches my work with His finger, miracles happen (just like the Brother of Jared). I know that this work is the Lord's work. I know that Lord desires all of us to obtain salvation. I know that Jesus Christ not only died for us but he also lived for us. I love you all and hope you are all genki! Keep spreading the Good Word and living it. Talk to you next week
Love
