Life is still going in Nagamine. The Hanami (flower watching drinking parties hahaha) are all over. But today we are going out to the Kumamoto Samurai Castle. The place should be covered in Sakura (cherry-blossoms). Well, this past week has been good for missionary work. We had some good lessons with investigators. Shinya and Hiroki are still progressing towards baptism which is sooo great. They have been accepting the things we teach and keeping commitments. Also, ever since we committed Teramotosan to keeping the word of Wisdom, he hasn't smoked at all! We also set a baptismal date for Nov 11th. He is currently in a very difficult religion to get out of. So he said it will take him some time to formally leave the religion. We are hoping he will be able to resist those obstacles and make it to the waters of baptism. I know that the Lord will be able to provide anything that is needed. I love this gospel and the promises we have made with God. Those promise provide the opportunity for Eternal Life. I know that this Gospel is true and that if we follow all of God's commandments we will be able to achieve the measure of our creation. That is to become like God. I love you all so much. If you are having a tough time, just live the gospel, things will turn up. Have a safe and happy week!
